At Flooring Express we are truly passionate about flooring. We are an independent locally owned company with over 25 years experience in the flooring industry.

We specialise in all types of flooring such as Carpet, Vinyl, Laminate, Solid Wood and Engineered Wood – all of which we hold in stock. We also specialise in bespoke floorings such as Luxury Vinyl Tiles and commercial floorings.

Our Service

We care about how your flooring will look and perform so we listen to our customer and by asking a few simple questions we offer professional advice on the correct type of flooring that best suits your needs.

With so many flooring styles and colours to choose from it can sometimes be a mind field but we are here to guide you and make you feel at ease. We encourage our customers to take their time and if preferred, borrow samples to take home. We are not pushy and do not rush our customers to make a selection, after all when you have your new floor fitted, you want it to look beautiful and last for many years to come!

Measuring & Planning

If you are unsure of your measurements we can offer a complete site survey from measuring the area to checking the sub-floor and door clearance… and of course this service is free of charge.

Ordering Goods

We have built a fantastic relationship with many of our suppliers over the years and as a result we always deliver when we say we will. On the rare occasion when there is a delay on a product we will know at the point of sale and advise you immediately allowing you to make the choice of waiting or selecting an alternative product. There is nothing more frustrating than spending time selecting a product only to be let down on delivery…..We will do everything in our power to avoid disappointment. We are always honest and never over promise to under deliver!

Installation

Flooring Express only uses professional experienced flooring installers. They are true craftsmen and deliver a complete service from uplifting and removing your old flooring to cleaning up and removing any waste treating your home with respect and courtesy. They represent Flooring Express and adhere to our ethics. All of our installers guarantee their workmanship for 12 months.

Courtesy Call

Once your new flooring has been installed we like to be sure you are completely satisfied, we do not want to just meet your expectations…..we strive to exceed them!

We will conduct a courtesy call usually within 24 hours of installation to ensure you are totally satisfied. If you are not we will do everything we can to put it right.
